If you think of exercise as a chore that you have to do, it can be more difficult to stick with it. Most people think of exercise as a chore, so they reluctantly PUSH themselves to lose weight, build muscle, or generally try and keep in shape.
At Livity Gym we can't advise this enough, DO NOT MAKE IT A CHORE. You see when one makes health and fitness a chore. They will inevitably give up or slowly lose interest. To keep fit and healthy routines you need to turn it into a lifestyle, something simple and little effort. That way you will stick to having a fit and health body for longer if not years and years..
Livity Gym offers some of the following suggestions for making health and fitness fun:
* Figure out which fitness activities you enjoy most, and incorporate them into your exercise routine.
* Try to vary your exercise routines, so you don't become bored.
* Bring a friend or family member, or sign up together for an exercise class.
* Community work! Get fit helping the community, network with people in your community, make new friends whilst getting fit.
* If you are concerned about exercising outdoors for safety reasons, join Livity Gym.
* Exercise in short spurts, such as three 15-minute fast paced classes per week at Livity Gym. Get in get out it never happened.
* Make sure to REFLECT! Look back at what you have achieved health an fitness wise. Be proud of your achievements! We don't but your PB's on our wall for no reason. We are proud of you! You should be too.. :)
