If your caesarean was unexpected, unwanted, or traumatic, this circle is a gentle invitation to honour your unique birth rite of passage. Every feeling is welcome. Every story is sacred.

Together we’ll explore:

✨ Meditation & gentle yoga to reconnect with your body
✨ Safe, supported birth story sharing
✨ Journaling for reflection and release

✨ Term 3 Kids Yoga at Tamworth Yoga ✨ with Monique Hope
Our joyful 10-week program is designed especially for little ones and their grown-ups to move, breathe, and play together 🧘‍♀️💫

👶 9:30–10:00am | Ages 18 months–3 years
🧒 10:30–11:00am | Ages 3–5 years

These sessions are guided, but open. There’s no ‘right’ way to do yoga here — whether your child lies quietly on their mat or roars like a lion, both are welcome (and learning). 🦁💗

Kids yoga helps build emotional resilience, supports self-regulation, and encourages healthy movement in these formative years — all while being supported by their trusted adults.

💡 Whether they join in every pose or quietly observe, your child is welcome just as they are. This is a low-pressure, inclusive space for curious, playful learning.
