Our Story

Family Care Chiropractic offers safe and effective chiropractic care for patients of all ages in the Tamworth region. We are family focused in approach and take the time to understand your individual needs. We aim to address the underlying cause of your symptoms. Our current patient base reside in Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi, Barraba, Walcha, Boggabri, Wee Waa, Manilla, Narrabri, Kootingal, Moonbi and Murrundi. We use a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue work, drop piece, activator and home exercises. X-rays and other diagnostic imaging can be referred for if necessary. Dr. Rachel Ostler founder and principal chiropractor graduated with both her Bachelor and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney. She previously worked for local chiropractor David Taylor at Chiropractic Centre. Rachel has always had a passion for the health and well being of the community, which drove her to establish her own practice. Chiropractic care may relieve headaches, migraines, neck & back pain, sciatica, arthritic pain and peripheral joint issues e.g. shoulder, knee, wrist, ankle.
