Goodbye 2025!

We wrapped up the year with our EOY lunch at Carroll Gap Farmhouse — surrounded by farmland, traditional charm, and incredible home-made food crafted from fresh produce.

From hearty meals and shared laughs, to time in the country, it was a great way to close out the year with an awesome team.

A big thank you to Jan and her team at Carroll Gap Farmhouse for looking after us so well.

Project Kick-off!

Located in the heart of the CBD, this 1,200m² building spans two floors and has been designed with future growth in mind, supporting capacity for up to 80 staff.

We’ve partnered with Sora Community Services to develop a design that brings clarity to their operations and supports the way they deliver care each day.

By consolidating two existing sites into a single CBD hub, the new space has been planned to streamline workflows and enhance the experience for patients and customers, with external works progressing in parallel.

It’s been a collaborative and enjoyable journey, and we’re grateful for the support of our local trades and suppliers who continue to play an important role in delivering this project.

Momentum Building at 80 Bridge Street

Fitout works are now underway on Level 1 for Achmea within the 80 Bridge Street building.

Achmea, a specialist insurance provider for the agriculture sector, is expanding its footprint in Tamworth to enhance services and better support clients across regional NSW.

Progress is tracking ahead of program, with plastering well underway and mechanical services and ceiling tiles set to follow tomorrow.

Guided by our promise to be 'Here for the Journey', and anchored in care, we wanted to ensure that every part of our 30-year-established brand — from the smallest graphic detail to the tone of our words — truly reflects who we are.

Because brand isn’t just a logo, a tagline, or a set of guidelines.
It’s a feeling.

And when people work with Formline, we want them to feel cared for.
To feel confident that they’re in trusted hands.
To see that same care reflected in every detail they encounter — from the coffee cup in their hand, to the proposal they open, to the spaces we bring to life together.

That’s why this refresh is so much more than a new look — it’s a renewal of our promise: to ensure every client feels confident and cared for at every stage of the journey.

Every colour, font, form, and element in this refresh has been carefully considered with our partner Of Note Designs, to express the same philosophy of care.

You’ll notice our logo and primary colours remain the same.
That’s deliberate. This is a subtle evolution, not a reinvention — a refinement of the details that bring our brand to life. The slight shift in typography, the introduction of new graphic elements, secondary colours, and their thoughtful application across every touchpoint — from notepad to capability statement — are all intentional.

Because for us, going the extra mile in the finer details is how we live our mission of delivering better — and this translates to that feeling of care our clients experience.

There was a real buzz in the room last Thursday as we celebrated 30 years of Formline with the Tamworth Business Chamber and its members at a Business After 5 event.

The room was alive with energy, stories, and connection — a true reflection of the collaboration and community that make Tamworth such a great place to do business.

Bidfood Bundaberg Update

Four weeks ahead of schedule and making solid progress across all areas on site.

External pavement pours are underway in the loading dock area, with carpark civil works progressing steadily. Stormwater services are being installed and connected, and external cladding and painting are nearing completion.

Inside the warehouse, high-level services are continuing, fridge panel installation is progressing, and fire rating works are underway. In the admin building, services are wrapping up, tiling and painting are well advanced, and fit-off is now in motion.

Plenty more to come – exciting milestones ahead!

Reimagining a Local Icon — Tamworth Regent Cinema

There’s something about this building.
It sparks curiosity and nostalgia — a reminder of what it once was and what it could be again. Though weathered and worn, it holds the kind of charm that only needs the right attention to shine once more. Every day, many of us drive past it thinking the same thing: this place could be something special for generations to come.

Our design team recently had a bit of fun exploring the possibilities — creating a series of concept renders that breathe new life into the building while staying true to its unique historic character and Art Deco features.

What if this space became a vibrant mixed-use precinct?

We’ve imagined:
> A rooftop restaurant with skyline views
> Boutique office spaces for local professionals
> Intimate performance and community venues
> A wine bar tucked inside the original architecture
> Hotel accommodation
> Thoughtfully developed green spaces
> Integrated underground parking
