For many of us - we know it's time for completion. We've inner worked our bums off - and it's time to see some harvest, to feel the big time YES!

Sometimes (most often now) I'm full with joy, naturally, with the simplest of being. And sometimes (not as often, thankfully) I'm having days where I know all is well - I just need the extra nurture. I don't feel on all cylinders. I ask myself to only take a few steps.. no forging ahead, running or expecting.

I don't fully succeed in this as I've always been a high level achievement type, and I'm still, deconstructing some of the 'construct'.

So the simple things, like making the bed, opening the blinds, going bare foot in the dewy cool grass, dancing as my body leads, relishing the seeming 4 seasons in one day kinda weather (within and out), reading, writing, sipping tea. In some of these days, I'm hanging pictures I've been meaning to hang, clearing some cluttery feeling spaces, more dancing to sound that ignites my kundalini and soothes the ever faithful nervous system.

This afternoon, I am immersed in the beautiful eKoo van again - time for some completion in here. There's a few things to finish. I love this space - it's conducive for the heart and spirit, to be, create, nurture, restore. I know it's to be shared... nearly there.

The list of tasks needed that will have me feeling good to open her beauty to those of you who may feel the call for your own soul pilgrimage.. well, for today, this list is enough. What is needed, the steps, the tools and materials - that'll be decided tomorrow perhaps. Decisions take energy to make.. whilst gentle calls me, that's enough for today.

Sometimes, the ability to underachieve is much more challenging to our patterns (according to who's perspective anyway?). May you feel the call of your heart and soul, and go gently - especially if amidst haste.

They told me that growing old means losing yourself, becoming distant, sad, and lonely. I didn’t respond because I don’t believe in getting old; I believe in growing wise.

I have ceased to mold myself into what others want and started being true to who I am. I no longer seek the approval of others but have found acceptance within myself. I’ve abandoned the deceitful mirrors that reflect falsehoods.

No, I’m not getting old. I’ve simply become more discerning about the places I go, the people I associate with, the customs I follow, and the ideologies I embrace. I’ve let go of attachments, unnecessary pain, toxic individuals, troubled souls, and rotten hearts. Bitterness and unhappiness don’t suit me, so I release them for my well-being.

I’ve traded wild party nights for the quiet pursuit of knowledge and welcomed insomnia with open arms. Instead of living in prewritten stories, I now write my own. I’ve cast aside imposed stereotypes. My bag no longer carries makeup but a book that enriches my mind. I’ve swapped wine glasses for coffee cups and stopped idealizing life, choosing instead to live it fully.

No, I’m not getting old. I carry a youthful spirit within my soul and maintain innocence in my heart, which daily discovers new wonders. In my hands, I hold the tenderness of a cocoon that, when it opens, will spread its wings to realms unreachable by those who chase only material frivolities.

I smile charmingly when I observe the simplicity of nature. The chirping of birds delights me and accompanies my walks.

No, I’m not getting old. I’ve become selective with my time, investing in the intangible, rewriting the narratives I’ve been told, rediscovering forgotten worlds, and saving half-read old books. I’ve grown cautious, avoiding impulsive actions that teach me nothing. I’m learning to discuss profound topics, cultivate knowledge, plant ideals, and shape my destiny.

No, I’m not getting old. I’m starting to live as my true self.

HAVE YOU HEARD ME SPEAK BUSINESS? I am generally sharing the wisdoms for living your most brilliant, soul inspired life - keeping things real, with the joy and magics we have all around us!

HERE'S AN INTERVIEW WITH A TWIST. Talking business - in my natural, essentially feminine expression. I loved the opportunity to speak from heart and not slip into conformity of the unbalanced patriarchal approach! (I'd tried that masculine only suit on.. doesn't fit! Not something I'll do anymore anyway!) I've found, when we drop the battle between the ways, open our hearts and minds, listen and learn - anything is possible. I valued the opportunity to share the beautiful feminine wisdom and way in business - essentially bringing the blend of feminine and masculine together! I appreciate the masculine here to. It's not 'us and them' that creates a beautiful world, and in this case, a healthy, enjoyable business expression - it's the coming together in harmony, being true to our innate selves. Whether you're in business or not - you will likely find some pearls in here.

WHO AND WHAT IS 'YOUR NUMBER MAN'? This is a fairly new channel (9 episodes to date) - and the reason I love it is it's a fun, relaxed, yet knowledge driven approach to what otherwise might be a bit boring! It is helpful to get interested in your business numbers! Some episodes are nuts and bolts fundamental to number clarity in your business, and many episodes have really interesting interviews - these can help in personal life to!

SO, IF YOU'RE FEELING CURIOUS - I highly recommend you get into these! Johan Czanik (Your Number Man founder), starts his podcasts strong and well. They are a great listen! And for fun, his episodes finish with a 'numeric' - you'll find out what this is! They will either make you laugh or slightly cringe (writing limericks is not easy!) and Johan's accent adds another slant again. Personally, I find myself smiling each time, understanding the effort and maybe it's because I personally know Johan as well. Johan is someone dear to my heart - he knows his craft and he is a big hearted, down to earth man! He loves nothing more than helping people realise their visions in business and therefore life!
