You know you need to start moving your body — your mind and muscles have been telling you for a while now. But maybe the gym feels overwhelming… or you just don’t know where to start.
Our Wednesday morning Gentle Strength & Stretch makes it simple. A balanced mix of strength, stretch, balance and breath — a little bit of everything, done at your pace — and designed to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and calm your nervous system.
You’ll join a gorgeous, welcoming group of ladies (and sometimes a gent!) who show up for themselves each week — and you can too.
