Everything we’ve lived through—every triumph, every misstep, every burst of laughter and every tear shed in silence—has woven itself into the fabric of who we are. Our lives are not a series of random moments, but a masterpiece in progress, painted with both light and shadow.

We are not solely defined by our victories. We are shaped by the nights we cried ourselves to sleep and still showed up the next day. By the times we were broken, yet chose to heal. By the silent battles no one saw, and the quiet strength we gathered when the world expected us to fall apart.

Each setback taught us something. Each scar became a story. Each moment of doubt carved out a new kind of courage within us. And every choice we made, even the wrong ones, brought us closer to understanding who we are and what we’re meant to become.

We carry within us every version of ourselves—the girl who questioned her worth, the woman who stood her ground, the soul who rose from her own ashes and began again. We are not just surviving; we are evolving, healing, becoming.

So let us honor the entire journey—not just the chapters filled with light, but also the ones drenched in shadow. Because it is in those hard, unspoken moments that we found our strength, our depth, and our resilience.

“But for the most part, we can wish people well and let them go”.

The people we spend the most time will massively effect our behaviors, our mood, and our relationship with ourselves and others.
Now is the time to be brave, notice what happens to your life when you’re with people who are disrespectful, condescending, negative, and dishonest. Become keenly aware of how this plays a role in your energy, and your enthusiasm for life to live each day being your truest, best self.
Stand up, make a plan, and kindly remove them from your circle of influence.
If complete removal is not possible limit the time greatly, and put an invisible shield around you when you’re with them.
Don’t engage, try to change, or be involved. Do the obligatory time and make it short.
But for the most part we can let people go and wish them well, we’re just too afraid of what might happen.
Will they dislike me? Will I be alone?
The unknown is scary, but the pain of the reality of the now is worse.
Enough is enough. You deserve better.
This is your year for being brave and going after the happy successful life you deeply desire. ❤️

A Gentle Reminder 🌿💫

Speak gently, even to yourself — especially to yourself. It’s easy to offer kind words to others, to comfort them in their pain, to remind them they’re doing their best. But when it comes to our own mistakes or insecurities, we can be so quick to criticize, to pick ourselves apart. We replay every flaw, every failure, and talk to ourselves in ways we’d never speak to someone we love. But you deserve the same softness, the same grace you so freely give to others.

The voice in your head shapes the way you see the world and your place in it. So let it be a voice that builds, not breaks. Remind yourself that you’re allowed to struggle, to learn, to be a work in progress. You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of kindness — especially your own. Healing starts with how you speak to yourself in the quiet moments, when no one else is listening. Let those words be gentle. Let them be kind.

In the pursuit of happiness

A healthy lifestyle is not a “one size fits all” approach. Everybody has their own story, experiences, trials and tribulations that attribute to where they are today and what influences their motivation to lead a life of wellness.

I have completed Practioner Certificate in NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy and in 2019 completed Master Practioner Certificate. NLP is a set of tools, techniques, and ways of thinking of how we communicate, both with ourselves and others.

During a session with me, my first goal is to deeply understand your perspective and story. This means immersing myself in the emotions, experiences and turning points that brought you thus far. It is vital I understand where you’re coming from so we may map a way forward. Once this space is created we can then both search for the kinds of outcomes that would be most important and meaningful. We can begin to develop a path forward, which may of course change along the way, as the client changes. This will include goals, emotional states and beliefs that the client would like to consciously and subconsciously cultivate through our work together. This entire process is collaborative and any way forward is decided together and around the comfort of the client. I welcome you to my site for healing, transformation and awakening to your true potential.
