Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, yoga nidra and sound bath, self care from the world of Ayurveda, and soul nourishing food brought to us by Hive Cafe.

Yoga flow, yin, head massage, and soundbath for a gorgeous bride and her bridal party last Friday to start their magical weekend together at stunning . I always feel so incredibly honoured to be invited to be part of this special moment in life. It’s such a beautiful gift to themselves and their loved ones and a really special way to begin their time together. I’ve held many of these over the years but it was my first time at Al Ru Farm, and oh my… it’s breathtaking 🤎

Weekly Classes 2026 ✨

Following our divine New Year Half-Day Retreat on Sunday I’m feeling so grateful for community and the potential held within the new year ahead.

Join me for studio classes where we will have a new focus each week, calling in different qualities with awareness for a year of transformative practice, replenishing vitality, and alway listening in and practicing in a way that is best for you, learning to move through your practice and life in a way that is supportive, nourishing, and fullfilling.

If you are wanting to commit to your practice and self, now is the time and I really encourage you to book your classes ahead for the week (even two!) and lay down the prioritisation of yourself.

I look forward to a sweet and transformative year of practice together, whether that’s in the studio or meeting us online for the livestream of classes.

Tonight at 6.00pm I teach my last class at the Angaston studio and excitedly look forward to welcoming you all to the new studio space at Peter Lehmann Wines, Tanunda, on Tuesday 6 January, 6.00pm.

This move represents a big shift for me and one that I am looking forward to.

For the past 8-years (since December 2017!) I’ve had the absolute privilege of running True North Yoga Studio. Over those years I’ve felt blessed to meet and engage so many amazing yoga teachers whom I now call friends, to teach classes for the Studio and serve our beautiful community with heart. What began as a vision rooted in community, practice, and presence has grown into something far richer than I could ever have imagined.

With the move to Tanunda, I’m stepping into a new and very exciting era as I become part of The Yoga Collective Barossa alongside three truly incredible teachers! This new chapter feels deeply aligned - one that allows me to return to the heart of why I began teaching in the first place.

Being part of the Collective means I can focus more fully on my own practice, inspiring classes, and the creation of some truly special collaborative events, yoga retreats, and trainings both here and overseas. It feels expansive, supportive, and full of possibility.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead and so grateful to be walking with such beautiful souls.
