Join us for an evening of stillness, sound, and soul-soothing energy as Meditate with Lana and Tanya from True North Yoga guide you through a journey inward.

Begin with gentle meditation to ground the body and calm the mind, followed by a restorative soundbath—crystal bowls, soft chimes, and healing vibrations—to help you release, realign, and deeply rest.

Bring your favorite cozy things—blanket, pillow, eye mask, whatever helps you melt into the moment. No experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to breathe and be.

I'm blown away 🥹 Our Bali Yoga Retreat this August sold out before it even hit social media!

After releasing it to our mailing list, all the rooms were spoken for in under 48 hours 🙏🏼

THANK YOU to everyone who has said yes... yes to a magical 8-days away, to rest, to transformative reflection and intention, yes to space to breathe and slow down, to time for self and for connection.

This yoga retreat has been on my heart for YEARS, and it feels incredibly special to have it come to fruition and embraced so avidly ❤️ It will be a truly magical week away ✨️
