Which one resonates with you most?
Well we have good news, it doesn’t always have to be this way!
Working on our relationship with food is definitely full of highs and lows. The lows are especially common when social media is saturated with diet trends, ‘what I eat in a day’ posts and just super unachievable ways of eating/living 🙃
One of the easiest tips I can give is to clean up your social media feed 🧹
We are incredibly influenced by what we see! Even if we try not to be. So:
👋 Unfollow accounts and hashtags that portray unhealthy food and exercise relationships.
⏰ Keep an eye on how long you are scrolling on social media for each day. It’s often the first app we open and it’s one of the easiest places to get stuck in a negative mindset 🙇♀️
