Kerryn has been in the skin care and beauty industry for over 20 years and is very passionate about her clients skin concerns and finding a solution to help them on the journey to a healthy, well functioning skin. Skin care is a journey, and she enjoys every moment of that journey with her clients, particularly when they see the amazing results that can be achieved. It takes time to see true results and to maintain those results, but there is nothing more rewarding than seeing that happy smile on a young client with acne, or clients with scarring or deep lines and sun damage and the dramatic improvement her treatments and advice have made for them. Kerryn also does beauty treatments such as brow artistry, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, gel and shellac nails. IPL/SHR hair removal is also a popular treatment, particularly because of its effective results, as well as being pain free.

It includes a deep cleanse of the face, neck and decolletage with steam and extractions to remove any congestion, a peel suited to your skin, a skin needling infusion of the face neck and chest, which is a gentle introductory needling. Great for first timers 🤗(medical/ deep needling can also be done for those that are well prepped)

🌟 RADIANCE AGE MANAGEMENT TREATMENT WITH LACTIC COOL PEEL 🌟

This is one of the most popular classical facial treatments in clinic and very much loved by and so many of my other clients.

90mins of 💕 SKIN LOVE 💕 which includes a deep cleanse with steam and extractions to remove those pesky blackheads and milia. A lactic cool peel, which is highly effective, but not uncomfortable during treatment. This peel gentle nibbles away dry surface skin, assists in stimulating collagen and elastin as well as hyaluronic acid naturally in the skin, leaving you with a radiant glow.

And of course some beautiful active serums suited to each client's skin to ensure optimal skin health.

Lastly, a relaxing face, neck and decolletage/shoulders massage followed by an alginate mask to infuse all that fabulous goodness. There are very few clients that can stay awake during this part. Total relaxation 😴😴😴

I have known Liv since July 2018, and she is a truly genuine and beautiful soul inside and out, and an absolute pleasure to see in my clinic for her skin treatments.

Liv has always had a beautiful skin, but like so many of us, struggled with some hormonal congestion as well as surface dry skin.

My recommendation for all my clients is consistent skin treatments on a monthly basis, based on their concerns, which Liv has been doing since I saw her for her first consult and treatment.

The reason why I recommend this approach, is in young adults, skin cell turnover, the process of shedding old skin cells and replacing them with new ones, typically takes around 28 days. This includes about 14 days for a cell to move from its origin to the surface and another 14 days at the surface before being shed. This rapid turnover contributes to the smooth, radiant appearance of young skin. So as we mature, if we trick it into turning over every 28 days, it will respond more like a young skin, and be radiant, glowing and healthy.

Liv's skin has improved exponentially over the years and I think she looks even more radiant now than when I first met her.

WOW 👏👏👏 1 month post Cosmelan de-pigmentation

Such an amazing result for my lovely client Vanesa. She is so happy with her skin and sent me such a nice message this morning

"Thank you kerryn. I'm a very happy client 😍🙏🏻❤️"

The first photo is as is, no filters, the second photo is polarised to remove the glow from the skin. As you can see, Vanesa has fairly dark pigment on the upper lip, under the eyes and forehead, as well as her natural freckles which she loves, but was hoping to lighten them slightly.

Considering it is only 1 month since her treatment I am so happy with her results and can't believe how much lighter her pigmentation is. Her skin also looks younger, more dewy and vibrant. I can't wait to see the changes over the next few months of the Cosmelan maintenance treatment.

One of the very important things I discuss with all my clients is balance in life....I don't think many of us have enough of that, including myself. 🙈 Work is a very important aspect, but also being happy at work, and content in your chosen career is equally as important.

If options are limited, how do you manage your stresses?

Sometimes the simple things are a good place to start.

* A morning tea or coffee in a peaceful environment
* A breath of fresh air, spending a moment outdoors
* Exercising, walk, run or pilates, yoga
* Take time to prepare your meals for the week so that you can incorporate more time into your work week
* Spend time with the special people in your life
* And spend time with yourself. Self care is very important. For example, your weekly at home facial, and soak in the bath with some magnesium epsom salts
* Take time to breath deeply
* Set your watch/phone to stand up and stretch when you are at your desk working for long periods of time

IPL for Melasma (pigmentation and rejuvenation)

💕 One of my beautiful clients was happy for me to share her before and after photos post IPL. She had one treatment per year in winter of IPL to reduce her pigment from melasma and sun exposure with great results each time. Note also the capillary on the bridge of her nose. It is barely visible now 💕

We have also started treating her decolletage and she can't believe the difference after one session.
