Thank you to the Forster Community for organising the World Su***de Prevention Day Walk. It was a lovely morning walking in strength as one to honour the memory of our lost ones to su***de.
We support reducing stigma of help seeking behaviour for mental health and appreciate the impact that Kahi Simon's story has had on creating awareness for this cause. Thank you to his family for sharing.

Today we celebrate those families who have experienced loss due to su***de. May you all know that you are loved and have a friend through the darkness. While love for your person continues, with it comes grief. Grief is like the ocean and comes in waves. There is no time limit to how long the 'swell' lasts. It is an individual journey.
