Today I had a my first treatment of reiki by Triple Goddess Reiki

Trish’s hands were warm and healing.
Instantly my body felt calm and my breathing slowed down.

It made me realise how often we are caught in autopilot, all the days turn into one.

This treatment made me stop, it helped me reset and even though the rest of my day was busy it slowed my day down and made appreciate today 🩷

In ancient times, dance featured at the heart of many celebrations and rituals. People danced the shifting of the seasons, the waxing and waning of the moon, as well as life's great transitions like birth, death and coming into womanhood. Our ancestors danced to connect to the spirit world, to go into altered states of consciousness, and to find meaning in their lives. It's time for us all to dance again!
