Exciting news.... we are moving!
With 6 health practitioners now on team at Forerunner, we have outgrown our current location. Our new building is currently undergoing extensive renovations. You can still find us at 1/64 Chatham Ave until July 1st, 2025.
We will keep you updated with the progress of our new space. We look forward to welcoming you soon at our new building.

Did you know we have foam rollers available for purchase at Forerunner Physio for only $45?

1. Foam rollers are an excellent tool to assist with reducing muscle pain. They provide a way for you to self massage to relieve tightness.
2.They can improve your range of motion around joints. 
3.They are an excellent addition to your pre and post exercise regime and assist in making you more responsive to stretching.

Our physio's can assist with helping you develop a program utilising your foam roller.

Meet Matt, our newest Physio to join the team at Forerunner.

Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I grew up on a farm north of Taree and then moved to Forster half way through high school. I studied Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie.  I’m married to my lovely wife Laura and we have a beautiful little girl.

My hobbies are mostly based around the ocean. I love surfing and when there’s no swell I’ll be out fishing either by line or spearfishing. I love spending time with my family, especially seeing my little girl experience new things as she grows up.

Tell us what you love about Forerunner?
I love the community here at Forerunner, both the staff and the patients. I love working along side patients from all walks of life and helping them on their journey to recovery.
