The mindful practice of yoga can provide you with an internal compass that will lead you on a wholly, realized, fulfilled, beautiful journey. Yoga provides you with vibrant health by allowing the opportunity to heal your body, your emotions and mind. It is an individual practice, which is sourced from within the individual. Focussing on the breath and quality of practice, rather than firstly form. It’s more about ‘being’ then ‘doing’. For this reason, the room is a non-competitive and non-discriminative environment, where the teacher is there to facilitate appreciation for the journey which is taking place. Cost: $14 Casual Pass
