This is a gentle, supportive space designed for you — to move your body, reconnect, and take a moment to breathe… all with your baby right by your side.

In this class I weave light dumbbells into a mindful yoga flow, offering supportive strength-building while staying grounded, steady, and breath-led.

People think I teach yoga because I’m calm.
No — I do yoga to be calm.

The truth is, yoga taught me how to slow down.
It’s how I learned to rest deeply and meet life with more steadiness and ease.

It’s had such a profound impact on my life
that I felt compelled to teach.
Not because I have it all figured out —
but because I know how powerful this practice can be
when we’re supported.

For the people who are exhausted… but can’t relax.

If rest feels uncomfortable, you’re not broken and it's not "just the way you are". More often than not, it's a sign that your nervous system has been overstimulated for a long time.

Yoga isn’t about flexibility or performance. It’s about gently and gradually guiding the body out of survival mode and back into it's optimal, regulated state.

I’ve shared more in my latest blog on how yin, hatha, meditation & sound healing support stress and burnout — especially for busy minds and tired bodies.
