If you're wanting to join the gym, or want to see what it's all about - tee up a time with us to come say hi, and have a look around! π
If you're completely new to the gym, or returning after a bit of a hiatus, we will organise a complimentary training session with you to guide you through suitable, supportive and achievable exercises, alongside demonstrating what the machines are, how they work, and answer any questions you might have! From there, we will place your starter program into an app for you to access, free of charge, to further help you navigate how to achieve your goals, and set you up for long-term success.
π To set you up with a program that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and supported while in the gym, and feeling like it's a space that welcomes you, and encourages personal growth, is a game changer for many, especially those who may not know where to start, or what to do. We want you to have something within reach that helps provide some structure to your gym visits, to help you get the most out of your sessions.
