I am very pleased to share that we have received the report from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission regarding the audit conducted at Care For You at Home last week.

The assessment team found that we have met all requirements against the Aged Care Standards which is a fantastic result for the Care For You at Home team and MS Plus.

Today marks the final day of our quality audit review with the Aged Care Quality and Safeguard Commission.

We are very pleased to report that we have received significantly positive feedback as a result of the review against the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Celebrating DENISE!

Today we celebrate the retirement of our valued care worker Denise.

Denise has been with Care for you at Home since 2014.

Denise has watched the company grow over the years, working alongside many different staff while caring for a range of consumers with various needs.

Denise has been a dedicated staff member throughout the Covid 19 pandemic and has always gone above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

We are very grateful for your time spent working at Care for you at Home.

We wish you a wonderful retirement on behalf of all those you have cared for throughout the years.

You will be greatly missed by your colleagues and consumers.

Alot of smoke can be seen coming from Anna Bay. Firefighters are on site. Those nearby should monitor the situation. Find out more information below. 👇

Advice: Fishermans Bay Rd Fire, Anna Bay (Port Stephens LGA).

Firefighters are on scene at a bush fire burning to the south of FIshermans Bay Road and east of Morna Point Rd at Anna Bay, approximately 35km north east of Newcastle. There is no immediate threat to homes however the fire is producing a large amount of smoke that will be seen in the area. Those nearby should monitor the situation, enact their bush fire survival plan and follow the direction of firefighters in the area.

Please only report unattended fires to Triple Zero (000).

With the high temperatures we are currently experiencing please regularly check on elderly family members, especially those living alone. Look out for signs of heat-related illnesses such as confusion, dizziness, nausea, and rapid breathing. A simple phone call or visit can make a world of difference
