What a beautiful way to welcome the new season.
Our Spring Detox in the EESystem was filled with the most uplifting energy. Together, we shared our stories, sunk into a guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, and Reiki for each and every soul in the space. 🌈💆‍♀️✨

The group energy was powerful, peaceful, and deeply healing — reminding us how nourishing it is to come together with intention. Thank you to everyone who joined and opened yourselves to release, reset, and receive.
