⭐ 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 – Referrals Now Open!

Together We Can International is calling for referrals to participate in a completely FREE exciting new program commencing in , proudly funded through our recent community grant from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet – Office for Autism.

Our unique, strengths-based Path to Success program is a game changer in practical, hands-on support for those who are Neurodivergent & seeking practical support, preparing for work.

Ideally, we are looking for 12 Neurodivergent Individuals (6 North, 6 South) who are:

👉 Aged between 16 and 25
👉Not eligible for the NDIS
👉School leavers with limited or no formal support
👉Able to independently access either our Northern or Southern TWCI Hub
👉Culturally and linguistically diverse individuals
👉Youth needing support and unable to access (who fall through the cracks of mainstream supports)

𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱?
A practical, 10-week mentoring journey focused on building real-world skills and confidence across areas like:

✅ Resilience & Overcoming Fear
✅Personal Hygiene & Presentation
✅Routine Setting
✅ Interview Skills & Job Applications
✅Phone & Email Etiquette
✅Teamwork & Collaboration
✅Transport & Community Navigation
✅Cover Letter Writing
✅Managing Conflict & Boundaries

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

📍 North Hub – Tea Tree Gully (Day TBC)
📍South Hub – Christie’s Beach (Mondays)
⏲️ Program Length: 2 x 10-week blocks
💰 Cost: Absolutely 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 for eligible participants

We’re over the moon to share some exciting news! 🌟

Our project “Expanding Employment Access for Overlooked Neurodivergent South Australians” has been awarded funding through the Autism Works in the Community Grants Program — woo hoo! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to the Office for Autism for backing this important work, and big congrats to all the incredible grant recipients making waves across SA!

Earlier this week, we had the privilege of attending the Autism Works Award and Information Event, topped off with a brilliant Autism Awareness and Understanding session led by the incomparable Dr Emma Goodall.

This has been such a rewarding journey, both personally and professionally. Being part of something that has the power to shift narratives and open doors for real, lasting change means the world to us. 💚🧡💙

At Together We Can International (TWCI), we’re fiercely passionate about creating genuine opportunities for those too often overlooked by traditional employment pathways, and this project is another bold step towards making that vision a reality.

Twice in two days. Two separate calls, one from a Support Coordinator, the other from a parent, just to tell me how incredible our team is. No complaints, no crisis, just pure, heartfelt appreciation. 💚

No matter who they spoke to, Karen, Grace, Billy, Cam, Tanya….the message was the same:

“Every single person I’ve dealt with in your team genuinely cares, has such passion, and goes above and beyond.”

That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s the result of building a handpicked team nurturing them, giving the freedom to think freely and backing them with continuous investment and accountability.

In a sector where negativity and pressure can easily take centre stage, moments like today matter more than ever. This culture we’ve created is real. It’s seen. It’s felt. It’s led from the top down and lived at every level you can feel the minute you step into our offices.

So today’s win? It’s this.

Still on the mend from a chest infection, but there was no way I was missing today’s Leadership Academy session 🙏

We deep-dived into leadership styles and DISC profiling, unpacking how we show up, communicate and lead, not just in theory, but in the real, messy, human day-to-day.

Exploring how to work to each other’s strengths, embrace difference, and build trust through awareness and understanding.

In a neurodiverse-led organisation like ours, flexibility in how we think, communicate and lead isn’t just a nice-to-have , it’s a strategic necessity.

There’s opportunity all around us, even in a sector that can feel weighed down by doom and gloom. This crew? We’re choosing growth, innovation and thinking outside the box 💡

So proud of this Leadership Academy and the impact it’s having on my team. The future is brighter, and far more interesting, when we lead through the lens of neurodiversity 💚🧡

TWCI Barmera Respite Camp Surrounded by open skies, still waters, and endless laughs, our young people stepped into a space designed just for them, one where they could connect, express, and just be. No judgement. No pressure. Just pure acceptance, joy, and the freedom to explore who they are.From sunset paddleboarding to late-night chats under the stars, from shared meals to the unspoken moments of understanding between peers, this camp reminded us how transformational belonging can be.For many, this was the first time they’d felt truly seen, heard, and safe in a group. For us, it was a chance to watch confidence blossom, friendships form, and self-belief take root.To our incredible team who made it all possible, and to every young person who brought their whole self, thank you. You are the reason Together We Can exists.Barmera, you’ll always hold a special place in our story 💫
