Here’s a little background about myself!
I’m a St Marys University alumni graduating as of July 2020 with a first class honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation.
I’m 21 years old and living in the Teddington/Twickenham area for the foreseeable future. I can offer my services for home visits for injury consultations, assessments and treatments, I can also perform soft tissue therapy (sports massage) if that’s all that you’d require.
I hold an advanced DBS check and I’m fully first aid trained.
I’m a sporty person with my primary sport being rugby but an avid sports man and generally a chatty and friendly person.
My idea of rehab is based around education, so I have the ability to fix you with my knowledge and understanding of the body, however I believe it’s vital to ensure the patient understands the injury and the rehab process to create a successful and positive rehab experience for the both of us!
