🎄 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from AffinitySC! 🎄
As we wrap up 2024, we want to take a moment to thank all of our amazing clients, informal and formal supports, and everyone who has been part of our journey this year. Your trust, collaboration, and support mean the world to us, and we couldn’t do what we do without you. 💛
This year has brought some exciting changes and new beginnings:
✨ Simone has taken a huge step and started her own support coordination service, Inspire Disability Network. We are so proud of her for following her passion, and we know she’ll make a tremendous impact. Joining her on this adventure is the wonderful Naomi, and we’re cheering them both on every step of the way!
✨ Denise has transitioned back into managing SIL houses, where she continues to shine. We know she’ll do amazing things (as always), and we’re thrilled to keep collaborating with her.

We are also so excited to welcome Alisha to the team in 2025 and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll have.
✨ And last but certainly not least, the year is ending on a special note as our incredible Rhiannon heads off on maternity leave. We are all so excited to meet your baby girl in the new year! 💕
