As women age, maintaining a nutritious diet becomes increasingly vital for overall health, wellness, and vitality. One of the key components to focus on is the incorporation of good fats and high-quality proteins, particularly through good cuts of meat.

Muscle Growth and Maintenance: As we age, muscle mass naturally declines, a condition known as sarcopenia. Including adequate protein in your diet—found in meats, and animal products —helps support muscle growth and maintenance. Not only does this keep you strong and active, but it also boosts your metabolism, promoting a healthy weight.

2. Brain Health: Fats play a crucial role in brain health. Healthy fats, such as those found in fatty fish, avocados, and nuts, are essential for cognitive function and mood regulation.
