Example of Sth West support services being person centred approach to support people in both the approach and ex*****on of supoort is clear today. With supports being structured around the participants goals and needs clearly demonstrated.
In one day we travel from
Terang to Ballarat
Ballarat to Melb airport
Then fly...
Melb to Brisbane...
Brisbane to Townsville...
Townsville to Sydney...
Sydney to melb....
All in a days work. Thats the support that was needed. So it was the support that was today.
With what it was for and an adventure of upmost importance. It was a good feeling day for sure.
Thankful for being a part of it all.
Thanks to airport staff from Virgin airlines and Qantas staff from Townsville and Melbourne. All were fantastic and extremely helpful.

This just made my day. My client I work for gave me this card today for my birthday last week.
Its a lovely privilege to have the opportunity to do something you enjoy and love for a living. Something thats worthwhile and makes me feel good.

Big thanks to the recent responses to new availabilities at STH WEST SUPPORT... i appreciate all the support and enquiries. Thank you to everyone that I've spoken to. Apologies to the people I cldnt take on with times and schedules not matching up.

Providing person centred focused disability support with respect and kindness catered around the individual needs and goals.

Exp staff with all cert's , checks & Vaccinations.

Range of supports:

-Community access (access services, apts, travel and or outings in new Ford Mustang)

-In home supports (personal care, domestic duties , yard maintenance)

-complex needs

- 1:1 supports

- behaviours of concern
