I went to the opening of the new Warriewood Community Centre this morning. Such a spacious, light-filled building!

23 April - 21 May, I’ll offer a Nourished Yoga pop-up course there:

5-Week Core Confidence Yoga for people who sit all day.

Let’s fill this gorgeous big empty room with a yoga crowd every Thursday evening 6.30-7.30pm for 5 weeks!

Back in the studio - the most sustainable lovearth yoga mats! This time in a 2mm super light-weight travel edition.

I love travel mats and take one with me whenever I travel. Even when I just take a class in studio, I just put one on top of the studio mats.

Less to carry (1.4kg) but more support for me thanks to a non-slip surface and all natural materials.

Do you feel exhausted at the end of the week? Yoga can help you reset and gain some new energy through intentional movement and rest. Come home to yourself in one of our Friday classes:

FRIDAY 8.30AM - GENTLE HATHA with Lucinda
A gentle and accessible yoga class suitable for all abilities. Slow, mindful movements to increase mobility and integrate body and mind.

FRIDAY 2PM - YANG/YIN with Eva
A stronger and more dynamic class to begin with (Yang), before moving into slower, restorative Yin shapes to fully release.

Both classes are a perfect way to reset your nervous system, and collect yourself before heading into the weekend (or for school pick-up).

Have you ever noticed a shift in your voice after doing breathwork or yoga? The kind of shift that leads you from a calmer state to speak with ease, in a slightly lower tone and coming from deep within you?

I experienced this after the very first yoga retreat I ever attended. A deep reset had happened. I had found my own perfect vibration.

I keep coming back.

Practicing and sharing yoga with all its aspects - moving, breathing, meditating, chanting om and singing mantras is a way to connect with myself and others.

Getting very excited about sharing a creative, vibrational yoga practice with you in less than a week.

Here‘s a rough outline what we‘ll be doing in these 2 hours together:
- A bit of theory on the throat chakra and the benefits of chanting & mantra
- A practice that blends yoga asana with breathing, chanting, mantra meditation and sound. To release tension in your upper body. Leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected.
