When there is no time for long meditations, try just a few minutes, or just a few breaths. Add these in to your day as your regular pit stops throughout the day.

Catch your breath. Take you time.
Try this 'box breathing' method.
Long slow breathing can help relieve stress and anxiety. The simplest methods are usually the best. Combine this with cues throughout the day to remind you to take a breath, eg turning the kettle on, getting in and out of the car, stop signs, going to the bathroom, sitting down to eat, etc.

Sometimes resolutions are more about fine tuning what you already do. Start where you are and establish what is working and do more of this, and then what isn't working and do less of this.
Start small and keep it simple.
