We kicked off our 2026 Summer school holiday activities with a cruisy day out at Hoyts Erina, beating the heat and enjoying SpongeBob on the big screen 🍿💛

We thought we’d share this photo which means so much to us. Every staff member and participant pictured has been part of Tribe for over, or close to three years, and that’s something we truly cherish. 🙏

We’re incredibly proud of the hundreds of participants, families, and staff who make Tribe what it is. More than support, Tribe becomes a shared journey, a community that adapts, grows, and stands together in every sense of the word 💙✨

We are forever grateful for the incredible humans in our community — our Tribe 🤍

Over the past few weeks, we’ve truly felt the love, connection, and togetherness that this season is all about. It’s been so special coming together to celebrate one another and the year that’s been.

Here are a few moments from our two Tribe family celebrations and staff get-togethers, memories we’ll cherish.

A huge thank you to the amazing people behind the scenes who made these moments so memorable. Josh & Georgia for setting up the Central Coast’s annual Family Shindig, Vic for the beautiful platters, and Ari for cooking up an incredible feast. To Jen, Cheye and Julz for creating such a lovely afternoon for our Illawarra families and an awesome dinner out for our staff, we appreciate you all so much.

A big shout-out to our wonderful staff, who know how to enjoy a celebration, but more importantly, bring empathy, care, and genuine support to everything they do for our Tribe.

And to all the families who joined us — thank you! Your presence means the world to us, and we are so grateful for your trust throughout the year and for allowing us to be part of your life’s journey.

🌞 Summer’s almost here and so are our holiday activities! Our Events page is now live with all the fun planned for the January holidays, make sure to book early, as spots fill up fast!

📣 A Journey of Joy, Growth, and Dance: Evie’s Story 💫

Over a year ago, during an Easter event in Bateau Bay, fate introduced us to someone truly special, the incredible Evie and her amazing mum, Carrie. 💖

That day sparked something unforgettable. What started as a simple connection turned into a journey filled with laughter, learning, and heart. Evie became part of our Tribe, and with each passing week, we’ve witnessed her confidence grow and her spirit soar. 🌱✨

With the support of her dedicated team and the magic of Performability, the creative brainchild of the amazing Miranda, Evie began expressing herself through dance, music, and movement. 🎶🩰

From needing full assistance in her first classes to dancing with independence and joy, Evie has bloomed in every way. 🌼

And just last weekend… she took to the main stage at the Australian Dance Festival, performing in front of over 4,000 people! 😭🙌💃

She didn’t just dance. She SHINED. A true celebration of inclusion, courage, and possibility.

We’re beyond proud, endlessly grateful, and deeply inspired.

A Night to Remember 💛 Honouring the Heart of Our Tribe — Our Carers

On Sept 5, something truly special happened at Skillion Spaces, Terrigal. Together with The Tribe foundation, we hosted a beautiful evening dedicated to the quiet strength of parents and carers, the everyday heroes who support loved ones with disability.

No pressure. Just presence. Connection. Community. An evening to rest, to feel seen, and to be reminded: you are never alone.

From soul-warming food by Four Hands Terrigal, crisp margaritas from our in-house bartenders Georgia & Josh, and a stunning antipasto table curated by Victoria, to generous giveaways from local legends like Endota Spa Terrigal, Rhondas Pizza and Bar, Banyan Thai Massage Terrigal and Crown Plaza Terrigal, every detail was chosen with love. A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As you can see in this video, it truly meant the world to us! 💛

We were also lucky to have Lisa Kofoed from Influential Growth with us, offering valuable insights into BSPs and the support available for carers. Because when carers are supported, their families thrive too.

This night wasn’t just about celebration. It was about giving back to those who give so much. At Tribe, we don’t just provide services, we build a village. And this night was one more step in doing just that. 💬🫶

To every carer: You are appreciated. You are seen. You matter.

We can’t wait to host more of these evenings. If you’re a parent or carer in our Tribe, we welcome you with open arms. 💫
