đŤ New Years Resolutions đŤ
If youâre like us, youâve been busy engaging in some serious reflection and pondering what steps to take in this new year to make some changes that will improve our lives. â¨đ
I was listening to a podcast just the other day that said statistically 19% of new yearâs resolutions get chucked in after as little as 1 week and that only around 9% actually last the year. What is the secret then do you think? Iâve also been thinking about the book Atomic Habits and how it flips the script - less about big, vague goals and more about tiny, consistent steps that are manageable and build the habits that create the type of person you want to be, and that in turn sets you up for achieving your goals. Not so much âdo everything perfectly,â just âdo a little, often.â đđ
Or perhaps this year youâre consciously deciding to actually do less- not saying yes to everything out of fear or obligation, taking an extra day off to nurture yourself or spend more time with your family or simply realizing that you are indeed âenoughâ? âď¸
We are curious what your thoughts are- are you setting any resolutions for this year? Are there any resolutions youâve previously made that worked? Could we make a list of our highest ROI changes so we all could benefit? đą
