2026 carries powerful forward-moving energy with the Chinese year of the Fire Horse... the question is, will you let it carry you… or will you consciously direct it?

This experience is about using the natural energy which is here in 2026 and creating flow in the direction you choose.

At Align & Activate, we believe true momentum comes from alignment first, calming the nervous system, clearing the past, and then setting intentions the body and mind can actually follow through on.

This immersive day is designed to help you harness the Fire Horse energy of 2026 and turn it into grounded, intentional forward movement.

What we’ll do together:

• Begin with a ThetaHealing meditation to clear and heal the past: releasing old emotional patterns and stories so they stay where they belong, in the past!
• Move into strategic, specific goal setting, breaking your visions into clear, practical action steps you can implement immediately.
• Create a vision board that reflects not just what you want to achieve, but the energy you want to live in and be reminded of daily.
• Finish with a powerful ThetaHealing meditation to fully embody your goals as already achieved, helping your nervous system recognise your future as safe, possible and real

To support you through the busy season, we’ll be offering extended practice hours in the lead-up to Christmas.

Extended Hours:
• Thursday 18th Dec: 9am – 2pm
• Monday 22nd Dec: 10am – 6pm
• Tuesday 23rd Dec: 9am – 3pm
• Wednesday 24th Dec: 9am – 1pm

We’ll be closed on Christmas Day and returning to normal practice hours from Monday 12th January 2026.
