You’re breathing all the time! but not always with awareness.

The moment you notice your breath, you come home to your body.

You stop running from the moment and start living in it.

That’s what conscious breathing really is..
not control, but connection.

Anxiety used to run my life.

I fought it.
I avoided it.
I hated it.

But the more I resisted, the louder it got.

What changed everything?

I learned to accept it.
To sit with it.
To embrace it.
To own it.
To let it move through me.

And the way I did that… was with my breath.

Breath gave me space.
Breath gave me safety.
Breath gave me me back.

That’s why I created Not Today, Anxiety.

When you learn how to work with your breath, you give yourself space. You remind your body it’s safe. And sometimes, that shift is enough to change everything about how you move through stress & anxiety.
