As some of you may know, a few weeks back I had some pretty solid surgery. 🤕
🎥This video is me 3 weeks post surgery.
Most people would be looking at at least 6 weeks to get back to this.
🦸🏻♂️ And I’m not super man…very far from it actually.
I just have a good understanding of how to get back to these sort of things, and I know how to create the foundation that means you can get back to this stuff quickly.
👉🏻I want to help some more people do this.
🎉So I’m opening up the 4 phase fitness program again. 🎉
This is face to face only, and you can attend anywhere from once a month, or once a week or more.
We'll work through 4 Phases that include;
⚖️1. Improving stability and tightness, asymmetry, and pain causing stuff, efficiency so you can move efficiently and without pain and tightness.
🧗♀️ 2. Fatigue tolerance through optimal positions and endurance so can train hard without wrecking yourself.
💪 3. Maximise strength through full range of motion so you can maximise your performance and push harder than ever without worrying about hurting yourself or being sore tomorrow.
🏆 4. Max out performance, fitness and peak for sport specific training where needed so you can brag to everyone for hitting your personal best!

But I know this. You’ll finish with a program that will see more success in making you pain free, strong and ready to push yourself into whatever you want than anything you’ve done before. 💪🏻
You could continue to cycle those 12 weeks forever. (I acytually had someone message me this week that is still doing the programs I taught home 5 years ago…..right !!?)
You won’t need a trainer again and probably won’t need physio again unless you dramatically wreck yourself. This is the fastest and most cost effective way for you to finally reach your fitness goals. I’ll call upon all my stuff; my years of training elite athletes, my rehab work, etc
