WELCOME BACK FROM HOLIDAYS ||
โ๏ธ๐'๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฒ๐ป๐ท๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐! Some have arrived back from Byron Bay, Lismore, Canda, USA, Bali, etc. Others are here on the Central Coast for holidays from Singapore, Germany, UK, & of course all over Sydney.
๐๐'๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ. Especially after the last 3 years of lockdown, stress, & isolation from friends & family!

I've already seen both adults & children with what I call the "๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฃ", which comes from:
๐๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด, such as from travelling vast distances via car, plane, or boat.

1๏ธโฃIf you are travelling via ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ, try to break up your drive every 2 hours to stretch your legs, walk, & drink water. It can be as short as a 5 min pit stop.
If you are travelling via ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ, drink water often to hydrate, & it'll force you to ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฝ & ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ธ over to the toilet.
2๏ธโฃBring your own ๐ฝ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐
3๏ธโฃ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ธ ๐ฎ-๐ฏ๐ of water per day. Especially for every diuretic beverage (eg. coffee, tea, or alcohol) drink an extra glass of water to prevent headaches, dizziness, tiredness, & other effects of dehydration.
