I attended a seminar with BDMS - Bangkok Dusit Medical Services in Sydney last week. We have partnered with them for over 20years in providing medical treatment for Australians in Thailand. Great to catch up and get an update on their services.

The Farm is a health retreat 2 hours drive south of Perth. Had a lovely lunch at Alive vegetarian restaurant at the Farm. Amazing 90mins massage. Set on 42 hectares of beautiful tropical rain forest.

Lovely Philippine dinner hosted by Urban Smiles. The traditional dancing was a bonus.

Hosted by Philippine Tourism, we next went to Urban Smiles, a dental centre located in Manila. They have 11 clinics throughout Manila. Very generous as we had X-rays and cleaning done while there.
