Christmas time can be deeply challenging for so many hearts.
I understand this personally. My mum passed away on Christmas Day when I was 16, and even all these years later, this season can stir tenderness, grief, and longing alongside the lights and celebrations.
Today, while I was at the pyramids in Egypt, I offered a prayer — a blessing, a moment of intention, call it whatever feels right for you — for anyone who is struggling today and throughout this month.
For those missing loved ones, feeling alone, overwhelmed, or quietly holding pain behind a brave face.
I invite you, if it feels safe, to open your heart just a little to receiving love and healing. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. You don’t need to be “okay” to be worthy of care.
My heart feels your pain — and that is why I offered love, compassion, and gentle healing for all who need it. May you feel held, seen, and supported in ways you can sense, even softly.
You are not alone 🤍
Absolute love to you,
Jean Sheehan 💛
