It has been amazing to have the opportunity over the last few months to get in front of performers and athletes and introduce them to the power of mental strength training. Many young performers and sports people realise that their mental game is letting them down but just don't know what to do about it. Through these workshops I provide well researched tools and techniques so the athlete can create a mental tool box they can come back to whenever they need it.
