Our Story
Juliet Shaw is a mother who has worked with passion in Yoga and health for 17 years. She has owned and directed two Yoga studios in Brisbane, Ayurbody and Turf Studios.
Juliet is a Yoga Teacher of Yoga Asana, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation, Pre/Post Natal Yoga and also has qualifications as an Ayurvedic Therapist, in Tibetan Acupressure Massage, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage and Matwork 3 Pilates.
Juliet has always had a particular interest in feminine health through yoga, this became a clear direction once she started her own journey into motherhood and experiencing first hand the hormonal shift, similar to the teen and menopausal years of a woman’s life. And recognising that a strong support network for these stages of life was needed for women.
Juliet brings with her a wealth of knowledge when it comes to self healing, injury prevention and a general awareness of body, mind and harmony. Her clients have ranged from the AIS (Australian Institute of Sport) athletes, to school students and company corporates to those simply wanting to deepen their own practice, let go of inhibition and feel more alive!
Juliet is passionate about injury and ill-health prevention and has a strong desire to assist others in fine tuning their own awareness to live the healthiest and happiest lives possible!
