Having healthy friendships is important - no competition, no jealousy, no gossip.

Learn to be a good friend and surround yourself with kind, positive people.

What does being a good friend look like? It is giving as much as you take, an even exchange of energy to start with. It is about being considerate, kind and present. Being an active participant in your friends life, treating them and the things they love with kindness and respect.

There are a lot of lovely people that put up with sh*tty friends but only to a point then they become tired of being treated poorly or being used and eventually walk away.

So if you can’t keep friendships - consider that it might not always be the other person’s fault and look at yourself and how you treat others. You might actually be the problem.

Whilst no one really wants to think they are the problem or a bad friend, sometimes we need to get off our soap box and take a long hard look at ourselves and how we are showing up in the world .. for ourselves and our friends

Let the pain of exclusion be the fire that fuels Inclusion 💙

Many of us were excluded and victimised through the COVID period if we chose not to buy into the narrative and partake in the experimental jab.

We were discriminated against because of fear and stupidity and now that the truth is coming to light, hopefully all of those who excluded family and friends now realise they bought the biggest lie in recent history.

So I invite everyone - those who were excluded and those who excluded and now realise how badly they reacted to all come together in forgiveness.

Forgive those who treated you like a l***r, forgive yourself for being so caught up in the fear that you showed that dark side of yourself you normally keep hidden, forgive yourself for sitting in victim hood and taking the exclusion personally, forgive all those who thought they were doing the right thing because the media told them so.

When you understand that the agenda was about divide and conquer and that the whole narrative was so perfectly executed then it becomes easier to forgive those who hurt you deeply.

Forgiveness and unity is the path forward to ensure this type of manipulation and control doesn’t happen again.

Live in the now - be present in everything that you do and with everyone you are with.

This way of being reduces anxiety and stress and allows your nervous system to regulate in present time and not remain stuck in fight or flight.

Give it a try, it may take a little practice but perceiver you will be glad you did.

As the world descends into chaos during the eclipse season with Mercury in retrograde - remember this one important thing …

We live on a dual planet- that means that we can’t have Up without Down, In without Out or Good without Bad.

There are conflicting forces vying for your attention and energy. I’m not taking left or right, liberal or labour, Democrats or Republican.

I’m talking about negative draconian spirits and Christ or Jesus. One resonates with fear, control and power whilst the other resonates with love, compassion and forgiveness.

If you get caught up in the draconian media stories then you are probably sitting in fear - because they tell a very convincing story but as we are seeing with the truth coming to light about Covid and the pe*****le rings that have infiltrated most high profile institutions in the world, it is shrouded in lies and deception.

Come back to your heart - turn off the news and listen to your heart because when you really listen you will hear the Creator speak.

Connect your heart to our God on high - not a mortal who has been put on a pedestal by man.

Good will prevail - if mankind stops listening to power driven media and start to listen to their hearts.

We are at a crossroads or destruction or salvation. No one is coming to save us - we need to make the choice for ourselves and for mankind

Obligation is the destroyer of freedom. When you do things because you “should” or “have to” you are doing these things because you feel obligated to do them - not because you want to.

Make a shift in your mindset to shift the energy -if the task is something that needs to be done for survival or growth like going to work to put food on the table - then instead of saying ‘I have to go to work’ like it’s a burden try saying ‘today is a work day’ with gratitude that you have a job that affords you survival.

This shifts the energy from negative, lack obligatory energy to positive energy.

When we do things out of obligation to other people that doesn’t serve us then it steels our freedom. Do things because you want to do them and when you want to - if you are missing out on something you want to do for something you are doing from obligation - then you have just given away your personal power.

Instead try something like “ sorry I can’t do that for you then as I have plans but I can do it later in the week”. This is coming from a place of freedom.

Each time you chose freedom it becomes easier and easier - other people stop having that expectation of you which allows you to do you.

A wounded woman will always see other women as competition.

Do your shadow work so the Divine Feminine can rise and take her rightful place in humanity.

For centuries the Divine Feminine has been suppressed by man instead of being revered and honoured like she should be.

Women are the Divine creators, the life givers, the healers and mystics - all powerful in universal knowledge. We carry our Ancestral heritage and wisdom and the seed of generations to come in our wombs when we are born.

Men in power have downplayed and suppressed this Divine Feminine aspect out of fear and greed for power. Through history they have done many things to destroy the divine feminine.

The ancient pagan cultures that prevailed before the dawn of Christianity revered the woman’s body with its feminine curves and menstrual cycle.

Ancient cultures understood that it is the place of the masculine to protect and support the feminine in their role as creative life giving vessels.

And any man who believes he has the right to suppress, harm or own the feminine has lost touch with himself and his divine masculine aspect.

Women are powerful creative beings and should be protected to walk through life with safety and reverence and only through allowing women to stand in their power will the masculine be able to stand in theirs.

Support your fellow women, show your daughters how magnificent they are and celebrate their step from girlhood to women hood with pride. Bringing forth the divine life giving blood should not be shrouded in shame.

It is time for the divine feminine to take her rightful place in humanity and we must all rise together with love and support for each other.

Shadow Work is one of the most important gifts you can give to yourself!

If you do not heal past traumas and painful experiences then you continue to see the world through the eyes of that trauma.

Minor things can trigger you and turn a mole hill into a mountain- because you don’t experience the present bump for what it is, a minor hiccup.

You experience it through the eyes of your childhood trauma or through your abandonment issues or through your past relationship trauma.

This makes it bigger and more dramatic than is required for the present situation making you over-react rather than respond.

Heal your wounds - if you need help I can do healing sessions on childhood wounds, authority trauma, abuse and many other blocked emotions in a safe and supported space.

If standing up for yourself burns bridges - I have matches, we ride at dawn 💙

Absolutely love this saying because if putting up some boundaries or standing in your power upsets some people - they are not your people.

Anyone who gets upset because you stand up for yourself, in your power or put yourself first are showing their true colour and never had your best interest at heart only their own selfish interest.

Let them go, you do not need people like that in your life. Surround yourself with people who have healed their own wounds so they don’t inflict them upon others.

The moment that you choose yourself - everything not in alignment with your highest good will fall away, everything else will fall into alignment.

“ME FIRST” isn’t selfish, it doesn’t mean you have to stop caring about others. What it means is that by choosing you, you will be a stronger, healthier and more balanced version of yourself which means you will have a greater capacity to help others.

You can not pour from an empty cup - so fill your cup first.
