Record number of cases, yet no deaths and a small number in ICU. I think we are seeing the result of vaccination in NSW.
It is still early to celebrate though, let's wait a week or two and then revisit these tallies.

In the 24-hour reporting period to 8pm last night:

- 95% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 93.5% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 81.6% of people aged 12-15 have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 78.3% of people aged 12-15 have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 109,545 tests
- 6,394 total new cases
- 458 people in hospital
- 52 people in ICU
- 0 deaths

Our clinic will be closing for the Xmas and new year season as of Friday the 24th of December till Tuesday the 4th of January. We will reopen for business on Wednesday the 5th of January.

Since Gladys has gone, we don’t have much of an idea of how we're doing with Covid19 cases. So here's the latest.

NSW COVID-19 update – Sunday 7 November 2021

In the 24-hour reporting period to 8pm last night:

- 93.9% of people aged 16+ have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 89.7% of people aged 16+ have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
- 70,276 tests
- 244 new locally acquired cases
- 0 new overseas acquired cases
- 244 total new cases
- 269 people in hospital
- 52 people in ICU
- 1 death

Under the new circumstances in the Fairfield LGA, it seems sensible that we should close our doors till the end of July.

We would urge our clients and Fairfield residents in general to stay home if you can. If you have to go out for essential services, then please take a Covid19 test at least once a week to help authorities contain any possible outbreaks.
