When you coordinate a permaculture project on behalf of Permaculture Research Institute of Australia and UN Habitat, and have access to all the fresh grown poison free celery you could possibly juice….
Best green juice base recipe: celery, cucumber, lemon with a piece of rind, green apple for taste and energy, piece of ginger. If you want it more medicinal…more greens, a clove of garlic and/or turmeric.

Our freshly recovered polytunnel growing system at the Jerash University Permaculture Demonstration Project funded by Adaptation Fund and implemented by UN Habitat. We (Permaculture Research Institute of Australia) have been the executing entity for this portion of the project in which we demonstrate permaculture principles in a semi-commercial to commercial context.

The polytunnel growing system at Jerash University permaculture project, that I have been coordinating on behalf of Permaculture Research Institute of Australia. The old tunnel which we inherited for the project needed a new cover. The old one was worn and disintegrating. As the cold weather sets in on the upper elevations of Jerash, we need to close off those holes that allow warm moist air to escape, carrying away the heat. This new cover will prevent frost burn and save crop productivity. This project is funded by Adaptation Fund and overseen by UN Habitat, as part of the Resilient Water Solutions against Climate Change initiative.

An interesting read...

In his new book, the Iowa native and competition expert exposes the system that has allowed seven families, including those behind Cargill, JBS, Driscoll’s, and Walmart, to build enormous power.

My present view over the Nile, Cairo, Egypt. Attending the Third Regional Steering Committee Meeting hosted by UN-Habitat/UNESCWA, for the Resilient Water Solutions Against Climate Change initiative. The project, funded by the Adaptation Fund, is titled “Increasing the resilience of both displaced persons and host communities to climate change related water challenges in Jordan and Lebanon”. Not bad when the UN put you up in a 5-star hotel for a few days. This is where a sincere earth care commitment could lead you 🙏

The immense darkness behind the euthenasia movement, as outlined by retired Dr Vernon Coleman.

The next depopulation tactic.

It’s important to comprehend that everything consists of light and shadow.

When people choose to remain ignorant of the shadow, there will be negative uses of free will.

Great harm is done to both victim and perpetrator.

The shadow must be faced to be transformed back into its light aspect.

Only a conscious use of freewill, to seek out the darkness, will bring it truly back to the light.

Dr Vernon Coleman, with his ever accurate insights into the darkness infiltrating the pharmacomedical establishment…is worth listening to.

People must work to overcome their own death urge.

There is no escape from the work we must do. We will have to do it, no matter the form we are in.

The good news is, the best game on the planet, is one’s spiritual unfoldment.

Saying goodbye to Little One today…

She has been my companion here in Jordan since I arrived.

Her mother was taken by the dog next door and I took over caring for her after those who initially did, left the farm.

She was only a couple months old then.

Yesterday, when I was up on the project site most of the day, she waited for me on the chair I use in the farm office.

This morning, she wasn’t waiting for me outside.

This afternoon I went looking for her, and found out the dog next door had escaped again…it claimed her life, early this morning.

This was witnessed by others.

I found her under a tree, passed from internal injuries, probably trying to reach my apartment.

It pains me I wasn’t there for her.

She would follow me everywhere around the farm; I made sure she was the healthiest and fattest cat.

She would suck your finger if you let her; or suck her paw if you didn’t; probably an oral wounding trauma structure from losing her mother while still feeding.

I’m glad I gave her some attention last night, and fed her, before putting her outside.

She will be missed and remembered.

May she go onwards and upwards in her service to Life.

Travel safely through the Spirit World, Little One…you are still loved…and I thank you for your friendship.

The Angels will see you to your next home 💚🙏

Now, more than ever, it is important to learn how to live more closely with the earth, in a practical sense.

How can we increase our access to high quality food without damaging the environment that sustains us?

Maybe all we need do is to make the connection that food, if it is high quality, will be grown in such a way that intrinsically reduces harm to the natural world.

Reduces carbon loss, soil erosion, evaporation, nutrient depletion, loss of biodiversity and the reduction of biological buffers that mitigate climate stresses.

What is this 'way' of growing food, that cares for the earth, its creatures and people?

This 'way' of growing food, and of living with Nature, that replenishes soil carbon, the currency of life, retaining moisture and nutrient while increasing biodiversity and beneficial connections that enable the biological buffers to moderate the environment for us.

The March PDC at Greening The Desert Project, Jordan is still going ahead; and if you are interested in drylands style permaculture then this location is a must see.

Despite instability in the surrounding region, the Kingdom of Jordan itself remains safe and stable. Without access to media, you would not even know that conflict exits in various neighbouring countries.

I have been living in Jordan this past two months, and can personally speak to this [Darren Hey].

Numbers for this PDC will be lower, for this reason, so if you are wanting more personalised attention from your course teacher, then this is another opportunity.

Take your PDC in Jordan with Geoff Lawton. Become a certified permaculture designer, learn to design beautiful abundant organic gardens. 100% Sustainable...

Ta**ra is holding the tension between the humility of knowing that across the breadth of the Cosmos, you are as nothing, and the great wheels of the Creation will continue to turn, and all will manage just fine without you; ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~And the knowing that you are an absolutely essential part of the Creation, with your own unique role to play, and a soul blueprint created specially for you, with an invitation extended by the hand of the Divine itself. .org

Worth following up on…

Pattern recognition is a valuable skill in this world. 😉

But that doesn’t mean I want to be seen as a “truther” - far from it.

A genuine metaphysicist transcends the polarisation of that realm and realises (knows through direct gnosis experience) that he/she is dreaming the entire sphere of “reality” into existence.

My thesis in Book 1 (2012) was exactly this. Seems like this idea is finally starting to sink in, as people go thru the anamnesis process (loss of amnesia) - and remember who and what they really are…
…and that’s the whole point of my work.

Why Life-force is key...

From Western Australia, Darren’s passion has always been regeneration through the understanding of Life principles observed from Nature. Since leaving a degree in Chemical Engineering – Darren turned to training and understanding his body in a career spanning the martial arts, military, personal training and sports massage. Darren turned to the philosophies and practices of Nature Cure, Natural Hygiene and Biogenics after a severe motorcycle accident left him having to learn how to walk again.

While learning and applying these practices for the past 19 years under the mentorship of Dr John Fielder of the Academy of Natural Living, Darren assisted others to do the same. His personal motto became ‘Transformation through Regeneration’ with principles that Darren realised are congruent for both the land and body, and through body, the mind as well. In realising that the highest quality nutrition only comes from well nourished land Darren turned to understanding the design of systems that could achieve a restoration of Nature back to permanent productive abundance with the aesthetic beauty that commercial industrial systems were only destroying.

To this end, Darren completed his Permaculture Design Certificate under Geoff Lawton at Zaytuna Farm in 2016, shortly followed by Earthworks and Water Harvesting training. He was accepted into the Apprenticeship Program directly under Geoff Lawton in 2017, before going on to serve as farm manager at Zaytuna Farm, Permaculture Research Institute in 2018 to present. He also holds a position within Zaytuna Farm’s Permaculture Sustainable Consultants assisting others to achieve their dream of off grid or sustainable and regenerative living.

Currently living off grid, Darren believes that in order to really change the world and usher in a new paradigm of living on Earth, you actually have to live it yourself. Not only does Darren practice a high-raw to 100% raw plant based diet from food grown off the land, he is also actively involved in his own awareness training through the application of technologies of consciousness. Whether through yoga, meditation, breath-work, bioenergetics practices and others, Darren understands that if you can connect with the intelligent life-force energy within by any means, you will have a tool (and living friend) that will surely advance you not only in wisdom, but in truth, freedom and love.
