It’s my pleasure to introduce Azmiri (Azi) Mian, Director of Business and Program Integration for RegenEarth Project.

Azi brings a rare integration of lived experience across mental health, organisational change, leadership development, and holistic wellbeing. Her background spans decades of work across government, corporate, tertiary education, community, and private sectors, always with a focus on what truly sustains people through change, disruption, and growth.

What sets Azi apart is her capacity to bridge worlds: the inner and the outer, strategy and soul, structure and Spirit. Her work is grounded, discerning, and deeply human, supporting individuals, leaders, and systems to return to balance through embodied self-leadership and right relationship.

Within RegenEarth Project, Azi plays a critical role in translating regenerative principles into coherent programs, partnerships, and pathways that are both viable and values-led. She brings clarity, integrity, and a strong ethical compass to how our work meets the world.

RegenEarth exists to restore right relationship between land, people, and consciousness. Azi’s presence in this work is not accidental. It is aligned, necessary, and deeply congruent with the future we are here to build.

Hi All,

I haven't been at all regular with sharing to this page... as I have been quite busy in different, though supportive areas of my life.

After a 2-year stint in the Middle East, on Permaculture project work with Permaculture Research Institute of Australia and UN Habitat, I have better direction on where and how to place myself and direct my service.

My other public page - Regenearth Project, will soon be shutting down, and this page is now the new RegenEarth Project page for FB.

My Instagram Account, also RegenEarth Project, still links directly to this page.

This page will become a lot busier as we set about on enacting the mission of RegenEarth Project, which is 'transforming human culture through natural law'.

In a nutshell, RegenEarth Project is about Natural Law, nutrition and their relationship to natural healing and the evolution of consciousness.

Our title phrase is 'Earth Care ~ People Care ~ Self Care ~ Soul Care' which is inspired by Bill Mollison's Permaculture ideology, though with a twist that speaks directly to my own soul and its mission here on this beautiful planet - Earth.

We hope that if you will also be inspired by the things we do and share as we go about our mission.

When you coordinate a permaculture project on behalf of Permaculture Research Institute of Australia and UN Habitat, and have access to all the fresh grown poison free celery you could possibly juice….
Best green juice base recipe: celery, cucumber, lemon with a piece of rind, green apple for taste and energy, piece of ginger. If you want it more medicinal…more greens, a clove of garlic and/or turmeric.

Our freshly recovered polytunnel growing system at the Jerash University Permaculture Demonstration Project funded by Adaptation Fund and implemented by UN Habitat. We (Permaculture Research Institute of Australia) have been the executing entity for this portion of the project in which we demonstrate permaculture principles in a semi-commercial to commercial context.

The polytunnel growing system at Jerash University permaculture project, that I have been coordinating on behalf of Permaculture Research Institute of Australia. The old tunnel which we inherited for the project needed a new cover. The old one was worn and disintegrating. As the cold weather sets in on the upper elevations of Jerash, we need to close off those holes that allow warm moist air to escape, carrying away the heat. This new cover will prevent frost burn and save crop productivity. This project is funded by Adaptation Fund and overseen by UN Habitat, as part of the Resilient Water Solutions against Climate Change initiative.
