My journey has been about personal exploration, looking at my whole self, challenging my structures, looking at my self expectations and saying yes to possibilities. I am a transformational psychotherapist who is passionate about working with women and their families. I have a strong belief in the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental connection that women share and can utilise to create and foster a sense of supported community. With support, dialogue and choice-fullness anything is possible. Add into the mix awareness,compassion and dedication and most outcomes are assured. My sessions are unique to my clients needs. I utilise a number of different approaches to facilitate newness. My practice is on my 80 acre property in the hills of The Channon northern NSW, about 40 minutes from Byron Bay and 20 minutes from Lismore.
