Central Coast Massage owner Sue Harrison has over 16 years experience, providing more than 10,000 Remedial Massages to a wide range of clients suffering from a very diverse range of musculo-skeletal issues, and is highly capable of developing customised treatments to suit each client's individual needs. Remedial Massage is a professional, therapeutic treatment aimed at restoring function and mobi

lity, reducing pain in muscles and joints, realigning posture, and improving your overall sense of wellbeing. There are many ailments that can be treated with remedial massage. Some of the more common ones include: Headaches, neck pain, back pain, lumbar/sacrum (low back) pain, painful joints (eg: hips, knees, elbows), sciatica, plantar fasciitis etc. As we are all individuals with different needs, a treatment plan will be specifically tailored to identify and treat your particular musculo-skeletal issues. Some of the techniques employed may include: deep tissue work, trigger point, myofascial release, PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), and general relaxation strategies. Prices:

1 hour $90
1.5 hours $125
2 hours $160


Payment can be made by cash, eftpos, or electronic fund transfer - to be paid at the time of your appointment. All Health Funds covered - a receipt will be issued for you to claim your rebate from your health fund. I am now proudly offering my services to residents and holiday makers on the NSW Central Coast. Prices: 1 hour $80 90 mins $110 2 hours $140 Cash payments only - to be paid at the time of your appointment. Electronic Funds Transfer is possible if received prior to treatment. (no eftpos available sorry) Gift vouchers are available to purchase for your loved ones. All Health Funds covered - a receipt will be issued for you to claim your rebate from your health fund. Note that bookings are taken by appointment only.
