Meet two of the incredible women behind Evolve🤍

Kiera is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner who is deeply committed to the people she supports. She brings warmth, insight, and genuine care to every interaction, always striving to achieve meaningful outcomes for her clients and their families.
Emily is a passionate Social Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner who advocates fiercely for the children, adults, and families she supports. She approaches every client with compassion, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to helping people navigate challenges.

Kiera and Emily are both fiercely dedicated to advocating for their clients. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure the people and families they support feel heard, understood, and empowered. We are so grateful to have these girls on our team and are incredibly proud of the difference they make in the lives of others. 🤍

A beautiful morning spent slowing down, connecting, and enjoying some well deserved team bonding. 🤍
Today our team swapped therapy rooms and laptops for chunky knit blankets, cupcakes, and plenty of laughs. It was such a lovely way to spend time together and strengthen the connections that make our team so special.
A huge thank you to for such a wonderful workshop, and to for the delicious cupcakes.
Days like these fill our cups. ✨

When passionate clinicians come together, great things happen 🥰
For the past few years, the teams from Evolve Psychology Services and Sprout Psychology Centre have come together each month for group supervision, collaboration, and shared learning. We spend time discussing clinical formulations, assessments, interventions, client goals, complex cases, and ways we can continue providing the highest quality support to the children, adults, and families we work with.
What we love most is that it is a room full of passionate clinicians who are committed to learning from one another, sharing knowledge, challenging our thinking, and ultimately achieving better outcomes for our clients.
Katie, we are so grateful for your friendship, your knowledge, and the kindness you bring to everything you do. The psychology world is a better place because of clinicians like you.

A little snapshot from supervision at Evolve. 🤍
Our supervision topic was “Ethics in Practice”, discussing dual relationships, what informed consent actually consists of, completing thorough risk assessments, and the importance of writing factual, objective reports.
These conversations are such an important part of clinical growth and maintaining safe, ethical, and evidence based practice for the families we support every day.

Greta joins our team as a Provisional Psychologist on Placement and brings with her extensive experience supporting children with neurodiversities and their families.
Greta is passionate about creating safe, supportive, and neuro-affirming spaces, and we are excited to support her throughout her placement journey with us over the coming months.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums, step mums, foster mums, grandmothers, mother figures, mums to be, dog mums, and the women who spend their lives nurturing and caring for others. 🤍🌺
Mums are truly amazing. The love, strength, patience and care they give every single day is something so special.

Today can be incredibly hard for many. We are thinking of those that are missing their mum, grieving a child, longing to become mothers, and those navigating loss, infertility, or carrying pain. We are also thinking of you too today 🫶🏻

Motherhood, and days like today, can hold both joy and grief at the same time. However today feels for you, we hope you are gentle with yourself.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Evolve. 🌸
