Thank you for all the support through a very hectic 2025. The transition from Tuggerah to working at home was far from smooth, but I appreciate everyone’s kindness and support.

***moving 2nd June***
Well I have been meaning to put up a post with my moving date, I’ve just been so busy, but I was hoping this photo would be of a nice finished work space, unfortunately with the recent rain and flood, it has put a slight pause on things.
This guy has been working hard to help me finish the space in time.
I’ll officially start work from home next Monday, 2nd June.
I’ll update each client who has a booked an appointment from next week onwards.
Everyone who makes a booking will receive information from me regarding address, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Hopefully we have clear skies this week so we can push through and finish off the space in time🤞🏼🤞🏼

As many of you know, I’ve been working hard to create a ‘work from home’ space. I’m getting excited now, it’s coming together nicely. At this stage, it still looks like another month out, and I will ensure once I have a date, I will let you all know when I make the move.
With this move, brings a few changes. I love what I’ve created, I’m proud of my business, and I love being able to help people.
I’ve had to consider my future as a few set backs, personal health and business post Covid, have impacted me.
Once I make my move to home, I am reducing my clinic hours, and will temporarily only see clients I’ve seen before. This will most likely be to the end of the year, and in to next year, as I have a surgery pending at the end of the year which requires 8 weeks non weight bearing, and I intend to work around that, but I won’t know until it happens.
So here’s some progress pics so far! I can’t wait to welcome you to my new little space.

🫣Just a little heads up to those with appointments from tomorrow through to next week. Please allow plenty of time for travel & parking. We haven’t had offical word that there will be security at the driveway to ensure it’s Mariners only parking(although I apologise as parking is ridiculous at the best of times these days), but they did last time. However during the Koori cup, it took people some time to enter from Wyong rd in the mornings.
With luck,hopefully the days should be ok. 🤞🏼

⚠️ Notice of Temporary Closure to Public

In January 2025, the Central Coast welcomes the return of the TFW 9s (rugby league) annual tournament. This is a major tournament providing substantial economic benefits to the region. With approximately 5,000 people attending daily over eight competition days, the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex situated at 20 Lake Road, Tuggerah, will be closed to public access from 18:00 on Thursday 9th January until 07:00 on Monday 20th January 2025. The Tuggerah Dog Park on Church Road will also be closed on competition days to provide for overflow parking for this event. During this period, we encourage the fitness community to make use of the many alternative sports grounds, reserves and dog parks on the Coast.

Hi guys. I have a beautiful mumma cat who is in need of a foster home to recover after having her kittens. I’ve had the beautiful lady and her babies for the past 6 weeks and she’s now ready to have much needed rest after raising her wild crazy babies.
We are looking for someone to mind her while she recovers, and then ready for desex and up for adoption. The rescue group covers her costs including her food & litter if needed.
Betty would need to stay in doors, and she seems to be quite content to be inside, along as she has her humans around.
She is absolutely gorgeous and loves her humans. She’d make great company for someone if you know of anyone. She may be ok with another cat, but not dogs.
