I'm Deb, an independant registered NDIS Plan Manager, with 30+ years of accounting experience. I express my creativity by crochet and sewing little treasures.

I offer a friendly and approachable service to participants in supporting you to achieve your goals. Working life for over 30 years has been in bookkeeping, accounting and financial management roles. I enjoy it, I understand it and I am confident in my ability to provide an excellent, professional yet personal financial service. I am proud to be a full member of the Institute of Public Accountants and hold a letter of good standing, which is indicates that I strive for excellence, honesty and ethical practices. On a personal level, I am friendly, kind, chatty, clumsy, and quite often doing too many things and known among family as always running late. I love my friends and family very deeply, but am not great at keeping in touch with everyone. Music is always playing in my home and my car, I love many genres of music equally. Cooking (mostly baking) for others gives me joy, but I don't really like to cook for myself. Gardening is something I aspire to be good at,

I spend most of my spare time with family, particularly my daughter, her husband and their two delightful little girls.

Are you unsure about how to be confident that your NDIS plan funding will last for the full term?

It can be quite overwhelming and is very time consuming.

You have choice and control of your funding - that also means that you have a responsibility to make sure that funding doesn't run out.

2. By doing the calculations, administration, payments, reporting, advising and record keeping for you.

Funded under CAPACITY BUILDING - Improved Life Choices.
If you don't have this in your funding plan you can request it via your NDIS Planner (not the same as a Plan Manager)

Why not speak with an expert in all aspects of financial management and get the help that will support you and give you peace of mind as well as the time to do things that you would much rather be doing.

The NDIS Price Guide update takes effect tomorrow, July 1, 2024.

Participants and nominees can expect automated funding adjustments around mid-July.

Providers are advised to thoroughly review the new guide, update their invoicing systems, and modify service agreements accordingly.

Some providers have not received maximum rate updates in years, including plan managers.

Fellow sole traders, don't forget these EOFY reminders as we approach the 6-day mark of this end of financial year:
1. Verify that all work performed has been invoiced and accounted for as income.
2. Keep a record of all business expenses, including phone, fuel, insurance, stationery, equipment, internet, and advertising.
3. Take advantage of EOFY sales for new equipment.
4. Consult with your accountant regarding concessional superannuation contributions.
5. Community Support Workers and Direct Carers, access the ATO website for a factsheet on work-related deductions.

Did you know?

1. Funding for plan management is in addition to your other support funding? It's listed in the Capacity Building Section, under Improved Life Choices - if you don't have it, you can request it at any time. Speak to your LAC or NDIA planner.

2. If you or your nominee are currently self-managing your plan and would like to change to a plan manager, to reduce your workload - you can request additional funding for plan management at any time?

3. If you are unhappy with your current Plan Manager, you can change at any time? You don't have to wait for a review.
