Gutted! But the right call given this weather. See you in December when we hit the surf again. Thanks Central Coast Disabled Surfers Association

Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to cancel our event on Saturday. With 100mm of rain forecast Friday and water quality already on Amber Alert, it’s just not safe. SLSNSW have already cancelled a major carnival for Ocean Beach this weekend for similar reasons. We have many who travel great distances for our events, both surfers and volunteers and we don’t want to put you at risk on the roads either. So thank you for supporting us this summer and we will see you back in the water on December 7th.

Our final event of the season is April 6th. Volunteers can register now using the QR code, by searching for Umina on Humanitix or via the link https://bit.ly/April6Umina
Early registration allows us to invite more surfers. If you are only volunteering to go in the water with one surfer, please sign in on the day as a Carer as registering as a volunteer distorts our numbers. There is a maximum of two carers per surfer in the water but you can swap for each surf.

Surfer registration will not open until 10am on Sunday 17th March using the same link.

Stoked is the word, stoked is the feeling!

What an awesome morning with Central Coast Disabled Surfers Association. First time volunteering at a DSA event and I still can’t wipe the smile off my face! Such a well organised and run operation. What a great bunch of people and absolute privilege to be part of. The goal of the day ‘putting smiles on dials’, safe to say mission accomplished! Thanks for the invite Czes, already looking forward to the next one on Sat 6th April 2024.
