Our weekly Toukley classes are Hatha Flow. We move through the postures spending 5 breaths in each. Exploring the body, the awareness, our focus.
Each time getting a little bit better, a little bit stronger, a little more flexible, improving balance. Little by little, unwinding our patterning and developing new ways of movement. Bringing you more efficient and more effective movement, with less effort required πͺ FTW
