This week reminded me why I love this industry – the learning never stops! 📚

I spent intensive time with Edward Milner covering everything from MAT Assessment through to detailed posture analysis and wheelchair positioning.

Just as impactful was the hands-on time with Medifab's Supershape technology, guided by Phil Bugg, who didn't just teach us the theory – he shared the practical tips and tricks that only come from years in the field. Watching a true expert "shape better lives" in action is something else entirely.

These aren't just training sessions we attend to stay current. Every technique Phil demonstrated, every positioning principle Edward reinforced, directly impacts the quality of life for our clients on the Central Coast 🙏

The investment in our team's skills today means better outcomes for the people we serve tomorrow.

Earlier today, our team attended Ottobock's Advanced Hands-On Training: Addressing Complex Neurological Conditions Together.

The comprehensive session covered wheelchair seating, mobility solutions, and orthotics for complex neurological conditions, including postural management, pelvic stability, MAT evaluations, and 24-hour positioning strategies.
