After many amazing years in business in two fantastic towns, it is with mixed emotions that today will be our last day trading as owners of The Henty Pharmacy and Chemist At The Rock.

Samara, Mark, and Kristel just want to thank all our great and loyal customers for their support over the years. Without you, we wouldn't have been able to run two successful businesses.

We have loved being part of these communities and supporting them through sponsorship and donations over the years. It has been something special to each of us. We wish you all the best in the future.

Don't fear, there will still be many familiar faces as you come into the stores. All our original staff members are staying on to serve all our customers' needs with the same friendly and professional service they have provided over the years.

Please, over the coming days and weeks, come in and introduce yourselves to the new owners. They are lovely people with an understanding of how small Pharmacies work. They will serve the community well.

Thanks again for trusting and supporting us with all your Pharmacy and healthcare needs. We hope we served you well.

This week, we farewell one of our amazing team as she moves towns and starts new employment.
Toni first came to work for us 5 years ago in April 2018 in the year after she finished high school, with no previous pharmacy experience. By 2020 she had completed her initial traineeship, which earned her a Certificate III in Community Pharmacy with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
Fast forward to 2023, Toni has now completed her Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy Dispensary training, gotten married and welcomed her first baby (a daughter, Avah) into the world!!

Anyone who has had the pleasure to come across Toni in the work place will know she is bright, knowledgeable and always friendly. We will miss her dearly here at Henty and The Rock pharmacies , but we wish her all the best in the next chapter of her life 🥲 🥂 💐

Happy Christmas to everyone in the entire The Rock community.

We are aware that COVID infections continue to be prominent in the community and in greater NSW.

Should you or a loved one find yourself with a positive test and manage to obtain a prescription for antiviral medication from a doctor, by all means please either reply to this post or send us a message on the button provided and we will do all we can to get you your medication - even if we are closed for the holiday break.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to begin taking these medications as quickly as possible and certainly within five days of your symptoms first developing. We are happy to help you in what are these current extraordinary circumstances.
