Not all clearings are meant to be completed by human hands.

In a recent land and space clearing, I was reminded again of the sacredness of working with place. Of the unseen realms that hold memory, story, frequency… and sovereignty.

Before any clearing begins, I always attune to the soul of the land. I listen for the voice of the ancestors, the guardians and the elemental forces who keep watch. And most importantly, I ask.

Consent is not a given.

It must be received not just from the person requesting the clearing, but from the land itself. From the spirit of place. From any ancestral or custodial presences that still inhabit or tend the energy.

Only when permission is given does the work proceed. Even then, I am shown clearly:
Do no more, and no less, than what is asked.

Sometimes, my role is not to finish the work.
Sometimes, it is to begin a process… to clear the way just enough… and then hand the baton back to the spirits of the land to complete what must be done.

This is a sacred collaboration.... not a takeover.
We, as frequency holders, are not here to fix. We are here to listen. To witness. To offer only what is in highest alignment, and then step aside.

The deeper I walk this path, the more I see that the most powerful work we do is often unseen. Quiet. Beyond words.
And that's exactly how it should be.

May we remember this sacred reciprocity in all that we do.

Sometimes, light is a show.

A performance designed to impress, persuade, or attract attention.

It’s easy to get caught up in words, stories, or spiritual jargon —
but your body will always reveal the truth.

True embodiment of light is quiet.
It’s steady.
It’s free from neediness or urgency.

The more you connect with your own authentic light, the easier it becomes to sense what’s real and what’s not.

Discernment isn’t about judging others...
it’s about honouring your own energy,
and choosing what feels nourishing.

Not all spiritual persuasion is loud.

Sometimes, it shows up as soft flattery — just enough to open a door, but not enough to feel safe stepping through it.

You may have heard phrases like:
“You’re one of the rare few I was guided to message...”
“Your energy is so unique — I had to reach out...”
“This is a special offering, just for those who are truly aligned…”

And yet something in you tightens.
There may not be overt pressure —
but the recognition doesn’t feel genuine.

It feels like a veil. A sales hook.
Or a subtle strategy to draw you in… not a sacred invitation to meet you where you are.

Your body always knows.
It may not be able to explain why it feels off — but that doesn’t make the feeling wrong.

Real recognition never manipulates.
It never lures.

It holds presence, without needing an outcome.
Discernment is not judgment.
It’s love in action.
And it protects your energy from distortion disguised as devotion.

Sometimes, the words sound perfect.

They talk of light, of soul alignment, of sacred codes and chosen initiations.

But something in your body says… no.

You feel the contraction.
The pressure.
Or maybe a subtle sense of being lured or hooked — like if you don’t say yes, you’ll miss something big.

This is where spiritual discernment begins.

Not in the mind.
Not in the language.
But in the frequency underneath it all.

Discernment isn’t about judging others — it’s about honouring your body’s truth.
Even if someone means well, their offer might not be for you.
Even if the language is beautiful, the energy might still carry urgency, attachment, or ego.

Start listening to the quieter signals:
• Does your heart open or close when you read it?
• Do you feel a sense of trust… or a pull to act quickly?
• Does your body feel calm… or subtly manipulated?

Your body is already wise.
You don’t need to analyse.
You only need to remember how to feel.

Tonight is the 2nd transmission for the Child of Light series.

The theme for this transmission is:

Purity as Power, and the Wisdom of Wonder.

When I sat down to feel the frequency of this transmission, here is the message that came through:

Purity is not perfection. It is presence.
It is not about being free from darkness, pain, or past.
It is about letting all of you be seen without distortion, shame, or hiding.

True purity is light made whole.
It is the transparency of your being when nothing within you is exiled.

The parts of you that feel heavy, stuck, or unworthy are not blocks to your light.
They are parts of your light waiting to be remembered.

Purity does not ask you to become something else.
It invites you to stand, fully lit, exactly as you are...
and in doing so, reclaim the wisdom that was never lost.

You are the crystal, not the cloud.
You are the prism, not the fracture.
You are whole, even in your unraveling.

Let light touch all of you.
There, you will find power.
There, you will find peace.

There is so much unraveling in the collective right now.
Old identities, outdated roles, belief systems that no longer hold.
It’s disorienting. Raw. Tender.

I’ve seen it in my clients, in the field, and within myself.

In these moments, it’s easy to doubt the path.
To feel like you’re the only one unraveling while the world keeps spinning.

You’re not alone.
You’re just attuning to a deeper truth.
And your energy is doing the work — even if your mind doesn’t yet understand it.

It’s a space where your field can be held, cleared, and nourished — without needing to explain or justify where you are.

The body is a messenger. A gatekeeper. A transmitter.

Since the last Child of Light transmission, my body has been moving through waves of release and recalibration.

There’s been:

* pain in my hips and legs,
* headaches that come and go like a pulse,
* vivid dreams filled with messages,
* energetic sensations within my field at night,
* long stretches of being wide awake in the early hours of the morning.

Even though I know these are symptoms of deep energetic shifts — of integration and shedding — it doesn’t always make it easy.

It’s still hard to trust sometimes.
Hard to be patient when it feels like there’s no end to the clearing.

But what I keep coming back to is this:
My body knows.
She is wise. She is ancient.
And she is showing me where my soul is releasing what no longer belongs to the next phase of my path.

This work we do — it’s not just energetic.
It’s deeply physical.
It’s cellular.
And your body… is doing so much more than you realise.

In June, I completed the Winter Solstice transmission and the first Child of Light transmission... with more transmissions to come.

But after that initial wave… everything went still.

Not expansive. Not immediately uplifting.
Just... stillness.
Quiet.
A subtle call to rest, to pause output and honour integration — something I’ve rarely allowed myself to do.

What surprised me is how that message came through: tiredness, sickness, a full-body signal. My son experienced it first… then I did. It wasn’t just physical — it was energetic. Deep. Cellular.

Spirit was guiding me into a space of surrender, letting go, and trusting that I’d be supported — even when it felt uncomfortable.
Even when my mind wanted certainty.

My body began shedding layers — ancestral, karmic, collective.
Not just my own soul’s imprints, but frequencies from others I’ve held space for over time.

And somewhere in this sacred unraveling, I felt the quiet knowing:

I was being prepared for something new.
A shift in direction. A deeper octave of my work.
And the only way forward… is through trust.

I am a shaman and I provide intuitive massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy and shamanic healing to the Sydney CBD and Surry Hills.

I also provide healing sessions of 30 min, 60 min and 90 min duration in Wollongong.

The purpose of these services is to focus on your holistically - looking at your physical self, your emotional and mental self as well as your spiritual self.

These services may help you with: * chronic pain * concussion * exhaustion and tiredness * head/mind fog * clearing old thought patterns and beliefs * dealing with physical issues that no other modality has been able to get on top of * dealing with stress and anxiety * navigating through trauma * spiritual growth

Know more about me

First off, I'm a shaman, but for 30+ years of my life, I thought I was meant to be a lawyer.

My foundation

I was born and grew up in Wollongong, Australia, as the daughter of Catholic Vietnamese refugees. My parents made a tough decision when they were only 20, to escape Vietnam by boat in order to give themselves a shot at a better life. I was always told that I was lucky to be here, and to be successful and have a good life, I needed to become a doctor, a dentist or a lawyer and make lots of money. Money = happiness.

As a kid, all I wanted to do was to please my parents and to meet their expectations. So I chose to study law, graduated and eventually wound up as a lawyer who specialised in IT and intellectual property matters. Back then I knew I would be a different lawyer - I hated the concept of billable hours, I didn't like the idea of working crazy hours a day, and I certainly didn't like the fact that the legal profession seemed to be one where you made it because of your connections.

So I worked hard, had a lot of ups and downs, and eventually made it (spending the majority of the time as an in-house lawyer). I made it, but I didn't feel fulfilled, I didn't feel happy... and I was really frustrated at myself that I didn't know WHY I felt like that.

The a-ha moment

During my time as a lawyer, I became a client of an amazing chiropractor who practiced kinesiology. In one session, she changed me. People started to comment that I seemed different but couldn't put their finger on what. This made me start a journey of self-discovery, and I became obsessed with learning more about the human body, and how for some reason, I felt there was MORE to us than we could see, but I couldn't explain what it was. I became so passionate about it, it wasn’t funny.

That took me to a remedial massage therapist who practiced biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Through those treatments, I started to question the meaning of life and what I was here for. It was in one of those treatments that I had the lightbulb moment - my purpose in this life was to help people heal themselves because I knew first hand that we had the power to do so, so I resolved to become a massage therapist and biodynamic craniosacral therapist.

Then came the energy stuff...

Having made that big decision, I went home to Wollongong and threw out all of my law books and notes from University. I went to sleep, and the next day, I woke up and felt this tremendous amount of energy that was pulsating out of my palms. It was so strong that I actually could not lift my arms off the bed!

I freaked out. What the heck was I feeling?! Why is it so strong? Who can I talk to, what can I read to understand what is going on with me? Am I going crazy?!

I started practicing massage on people and during sessions, I would notice that my hands would move to certain areas of the body whilst I was busy chatting away to my client on the table. My hands would then stop at an area and the client would usually exclaim that they were feeling a lot of relief around that area (and that they didn’t know actually needed work). So I continued to work that way - I had no idea what I was doing but I knew that it needed to happen.

To try to understand what this was, I began studying the Diploma of Energy Healing, and halfway through that course I found myself at a shamanic healing retreat. It was here that major transformations occurred. Not only did I have healings on many aspects of my life – from the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, but I also made the realization that what I was doing in terms of “energy healing” were shamanic techniques. The more I continued down the track of shamanic healing, the more I realized that my true essence was that of a shaman.

So there we have it – I’m still on the journey of discovering exactly the type of shaman that I am, but I do know that my purpose is here to help you through your own process of healing – be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. I’m here to help you bridge that gap between the physical and the non-physical, to help you discover your true essence and potential.

I do this by providing you with the space to allow your own inherent healing abilities to come to the fore. Let’s be clear though, YOU are the healer of yourself, not me. I just help open you up to be able to do that 😊

And just so you know, I’m still doing that on myself - so the journey to self-discovery is a long one but really rewarding one! 😉
