ABOUT AMY

Amy is a qualified naturopath (Adv Dip Nat), Pilates teacher (Pilates Chicago Comprehensive Instructor Certification) and a certified yoga teacher (200hr Jim Harrington).

“With our modern-day high stress and desk bound lifestyles, it’s never been more important to prioritise our health and wellbeing”, Amy says. Her mission: To provide her clients with the tools to live healthy, vibrant lives. She uses the Pilates method and naturopathy to help her clients move well, be well and age well.

“As someone who wasn’t naturally strong or athletically gifted, the Pilates method helped me find my inner strength. I’d love to share this knowledge and passion with as many people as I can. Everybody is welcome! From the athletic and able, individuals with injuries, to the inspiring 70 and 80-year-olds, and everyone in between, we all deserve to move with ease, efficiency and confidence.”

Naturopathy Amy is a firm believer in the healing power of food, exercise and herbal medicine. She takes a simplistic, fad-free approach to health and wellbeing. Her goal as a practitioner is to help clients feel great naturally and easily through implementing effective and achievable solutions.
