WHY our system if you already eat clean?

Clean eating on its own is amazing but can be challenging. Honestly, clean eating all on its own is simply not enough because we are not just what we eat....WE ARE WHAT WE ABSORB!

🔇TO say I'M EXCITED is an understatement ‼️‼️

I’ve been a little quiet lately because I’ve had lots going on behind the scenes. I’ve linked arms with a tribe of visionaries and kick-@$$ BOSS Babes and joined a mentoring program called Pyjama Bosses aka Pajama if you speak American 😉

What the HECK is a pyjama boss? 🤔Well, I’m glad you asked....

A tribe of motivated people who want more out of life; to learn how to live a greater lifestyle for ourselves, how to live abundantly and really live a life of our own design and choice. But most of all…work in ya PAJAMAS!👌 things are getting a little crazy too... Last week alone, our tribe increased over 275 PEOPLE !!

WHY DO I CARE and why is this mentoring group important to me? I crave that freedom lifestyle that allows you to sleep in if you want on a rainy day😴🌧, to drop everything and travel across the world to see a family member who is sick👫, to go see the Pyramids in Egypt if I want to on a random Tuesday 🗺, to not have to look at my bank account when I want to go out for a nice dinner 🍽🍷 or go shopping 👗👡, to GIVE and donate because it FRICKIN FEELS GOOD to🤝!!!

I want this for more than just for myself, I want this for those moms who have to drop their kids off at daycare because somebody’s gotta pay the bills💰, for the families who have gone years seeing each other because a flight is too expensive✈️, for that person who struggles to pay their rent every week, who has to eat cup-of-noodles over a juicy steak🥩 , for the hard working adult who after working for their whole life realises they can’t retire because they won’t have enough money if they do 👵🏼.that WAS me until now 💃🏼

This to me shows how far isagenix will go to back their system..... going to a third party who would publish the good and the bad. It was only good, actually great what they found.

✅ no it's not. What is your health and wellbeing Goals and dreams worth to you ??
The most you will pay is $25 a day for 30 days and then mostly people maintain on around $6 a day. Come on guys this is a cup of coffee! It's not expensive and never really a reason to stop people, it's just the easiest excuse to use.

✅ of course 30 days won't keep you healthy forever unless you're coached into a lifestyle. Like me I have lost heaps and maintained it by eating my favourite foods but it's all about learning this in your first 30 day system.

Hayley story
This happened to me with Lachlan. My first child. As I was recovering from an emergency C Section, Rowan’s mother thought it would be nice to clean him and snuggle with him before I got a chance

It always played on my mind.... I spent a year with post natal depression and blamed not being able to breast feed on the situation. He never bonded with me first. Lachlan’s bond with his nan has always been super strong

I have had to learn to deal with it and remember that no matter what I am lachies Mum. However totally understand ..

As a granMumma and lover of all things baby.Teaching mummas how to bond I totally get the love and desire to just want to hold your grandchild BUT please be mindful & respectful at those most critical moments of bonding that you don’t do anything until asked by either parent No matter how long that takes !!
I didn’t pick up my little Vinnie boy Until I was asked would you like a cuddle Yes please ❤️and then I was away for 4 days that very first cuddle arriving home was one I will never forget 💞 the most amazing bonding with him .. So as a professional Baby Whisperer .. and loving granMumma hands off .. sorry may be harsh but NEW parents deserve those moments to bond with there child .. Thank you Hayley for sharing this 😘💞

• H U G S •

Hugging is good medicine. It transfers energy and gives the person hugged an emotional lift. 🤗 It is also known to help curb appetite and even slow down aging! And did you know you need four hugs a day for survival, eight hugs for maintenance and twelve for growth? That's a lot of hugs! Scientists say that hugging is a form of communication because it can say things you don't have always the words for. And the nicest thing about a hug, is that you usually can't give one without getting one. 🙌🏼

When I was a young child I remember my Aunty Pat uncle Bruce and my big sister Vic always gave me the best hugs. I'm a hugger and need lots of them & love giving them In a world where people are now so afraid to touch each other I'm so proud my girls are open to show emotion in a healthy way. Now I have a beautiful little granSon Vinnie who gets lots of hugs & kisses 💞

I'm sure there'll be a phase in the future when our kids won't want as many hugs so I'm making the most of it now! 😘

For all parents out there - read this 🤗

Maybe life with children is the real life and the one we were living before sleeping all day, working like crazy or drinking like there was no tomorrow.. was just a holiday/rest before the real purpose of life!

Watching life from this angle makes me realise that sometimes instead of complaining that I can't sleep whenever I want to and comparing my kids life with my past life, I should just be 100% happy for my new life and never look back 😊

Easy to say but not easy everyday 😱
I love this new point of view 😍❤️
